Questions clients ask first.
Do you do factory acceptance tests (FAT)?
Yes. Every panel we build is factory-tested with full network and hierarchy verification, and clients are invited to witness the FAT before shipment.
Can you migrate an old DCS or PLC?
Yes. We migrate Foxboro I/A to PlantPAx, Modicon and PLC-5/SLC to ControlLogix, GE Mark IV to Mark VIe and relay panels to PLC/HMI, with cutover plans that protect production.
Which countries do you work in?
We are headquartered in Dubai and Aden, with an office in Abu Dhabi, a workshop in the Aden Free Zone and a site office in Marib. Our record covers the UAE, Yemen and Egypt.
Are you a Rockwell Automation partner?
DAC is a Rockwell Automation Silver System Integrator, a member of the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork™ program.
Do you supply equipment and spares?
Yes. We supply control hardware, drives, switchgear, instruments, turbine and engine spares and electrical bulk materials, with after-sales support.
Do you provide manpower?
Yes. We mobilise E,I&C engineers, commissioning teams, technicians and HSE officers with tools and supervision.
Are you ISO certified?
Our quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 by Bureau Veritas.
